Patty Thornberry
A lifetime resident of Indiana, Patty has been a leader in the real estate and property care industry for over 40 years. Her experience spans multiple sectors, including:
Real Estate: Licensed Managing Broker in Indiana and Broker in Florida, Pre-Licensing and CE Instructor, and long-time REALTOR®.
Home Inspections: CEO of Security Home Inspections, the Midwest’s largest inspection company with over 300,000 inspections completed since 1984.
Commercial Property Assessments: Founder of Parthenon Commercial Corp., providing assessments from small retail properties to downtown high-rises.
Security Services: Co-founder of Castlewall Security & Video, specializing in residential and commercial security solutions.
Consulting & Leadership: Business consultant to top inspection companies across North America, frequent industry speaker, and advocate before the Indiana Senate and House on real estate legislation.
Patty’s contributions include serving as a State RPAC Trustee, on the MPAC committee, and on the Board of Directors of St. Vincent’s Foundation, where she excelled in strategic planning, fundraising, and event leadership. She has been recognized with numerous industry awards, including the Angie’s List Super Service Award. In addition, she founded Indiana Notary Professionals to support smooth real estate closings.

Jordan Louie
Jordan brings over 7 years of experience in the home inspection and property services industry, having worked alongside Patty at Security Home Inspections, Parthenon Commercial Corp., and Castlewall Security. With a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University and a strong foundation in inspection and home services, Jordan understands the importance of preventative care in maintaining both residential and commercial properties.
In addition to his inspection background, Jordan has over 10 years of experience assisting and growing companies’ online presence. His expertise includes website creation, digital marketing, social media strategy, and content development, giving him a unique ability to connect homeowners with valuable resources while helping companies scale in today’s digital landscape.
As a lifetime Indiana resident and homeowner, Jordan is deeply connected to the needs of local families.
