At Your Home Maintenance Plan, we work hard to schedule and prepare for each quarterly visit to ensure our customers receive prompt, high-quality service. Because of the advanced planning, technician scheduling, and associated costs, the following Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscribers.


1. Subscription Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance starting at $79.99/month (may be more depending on add-ons, tax, and size of the home).

  • Your billing date is based on the original date of sign-up.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in accordance with this policy.


2. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription:

  • Send notice (online, email or phone) to our office at least 7 days before your next billing date.

  • If cancellation is received after the billing date, the subscription will remain active through the end of that paid month.

Important: If a seasonal visit has already been scheduled or completed within the current billing cycle, cancellation will not result in a refund.


3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial months or unused services

  • Missed or declined seasonal visits due to lack of access

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows


4. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule a seasonal visit up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a $50 fee.

  • Missed appointments with no prior notice will be marked as completed and are not refundable.


5. Service Eligibility

Refunds will not be issued for services we were unable to perform due to:

  • Inaccessible areas of the home

  • Unsafe or hazardous working conditions

  • Uncooperative pets or locked entries

  • Customer failure to respond to scheduling communications


6. Exceptions and Disputes
