1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to and using services provided by Your Home Maintenance Plan, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.


2. Services Provided

Your Home Maintenance Plan offers a subscription-based home maintenance service in Indiana that includes:

  • Seasonal (quarterly) visits by an experienced handyman

  • A defined checklist of preventative maintenance tasks (see Benefits page)

  • Access to a digital home portfolio via HomeBinder

  • Referrals to preferred licensed contractors for specialty or emergency services (not covered under the subscription)

Services do not include emergency repairs, specialty trade work (e.g., plumbing, HVAC repair, electrical), home renovations, or any work requiring licensed contractors unless specified otherwise.


3. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscription starts at $79.99/month (may be more depending on add-ons, tax, and size of the home).

  • Payments are billed monthly in advance.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with notice (online, email or phone).

  • Cancellations must be received 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

  • No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.


5. Access & Scheduling

  • Maintenance visits are scheduled seasonally (four times per year).

  • You will be contacted in advance to schedule each visit.

  • If access to your home is not available at the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee may apply.


6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe environment for service providers.

  • Provide reasonable access to areas and systems needing maintenance.

  • Notify us of any changes to contact details, address, or property condition.


7. Liability Limitations

  • Your Home Maintenance Plan is not liable for any damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or defects in the home.

  • We do not guarantee the performance or outcome of services provided by referred third-party contractors.

  • Under no circumstances shall Your Home Maintenance Plan be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


8. HomeBinder Access

  • HomeBinder access is provided as part of your active subscription.

  • You may retain or transfer your digital binder when selling your home.

  • Data accuracy within HomeBinder is your responsibility.


9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Indiana.
